ca. 1320-1345 - 'knight, maybe Sir John I de la Beche (+1310)' St. Mary's Church, Aldworth, Berkshire

These effigies represent members of the de la Beche family, lords of the manor in the 14th century, although it is not possible to identify them individually. These monuments date from the 1340's

Sir John de la Beche son of Sir Robert de la Beche

John De La Beche, Abt 1230 - 1310

Sir John De La Beche son of Sir Robert. He was a knight and his feet are resting on a lion. He died in 1310.

It seems likely that the effigies were made at the same time and presented by a de la Beche in the middle of the 14th Century
